Arts Letters & Numbers

The Wynants Kill Watershed, a 15.8-mile-long waterway originating in Glass Lake and flowing into the Hudson River, bears historical significance. Formerly powering the Faith Mills production, it now serves as the location for Arts Letters & Numbers, acting as a home and connective thread for numerous communities. To amplify connectivity and awareness, the exhibition audience was invited to share their connection to the region and pinpoint the location on the map where they had the strongest personal ties.

The exhibition marked the initial phase of a multi-tiered community workshop by aGatherin, focusing on the historical and present significance of the watershed.
